Ask in plain words. The answer brings its sources.

Feedly has an agent that reads your feedback and answers questions about it the way an analyst would: the finding first, then the numbers, and under them the customer quotes with a date and a platform, so the finding can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Asked in plain words — there are no filters to build.

What an answeris made of

Answers assemble in the same order every time, and the order is not cosmetic: each block is the evidence for the one above it.

Couriers have started leaving parcels at the door without calling.

Since 12 August it has come up 68 times — 3.2× more often than usual.

  1. 1The finding

One sentence on what happened, in the words a person would use — this is the part that gets carried into the room.

  2. 2The numbers

How many times, and how much more often than usual. "Usual" is your own previous period, not an abstract benchmark.

  3. 3Neighbouring themes

The themes beside it over the same window, so you can tell whether this one rose or everything did. Here packaging falls while delivery climbs.

  4. 4The source

A live quote with platform, date and rating. It takes a minute to check by hand — which is what separates an answer from a paraphrase.

What is visiblein a single review

The very review quoted in the answer above. The agent does not read prose — it reads this.

None of this is tagged by hand. Theme, sentiment, platform and date are attached the moment the review lands, which is why a question takes seconds rather than an analyst’s evening.

How muchthat actually is

Two identical fields of dots. Only the price of a dot changes — and in the second one the answer is visible.

Feedly has processed more than 2,000,000 reviews. For this question the agent read 2,345 of them — and in 68 the customer says the order was left at the door.

What happens betweenthe question and the answer

  1. 01/04

    It reads the question

Topic, place and period come out of the phrasing: delivery, Kazan, the last 30 days. If something is missing it asks rather than guessing quietly.

  2. 02/04

    It goes to your feedback

Not to the web and not to a shared corpus — to the reviews, tickets, call transcripts and survey answers your own account has collected, each already tagged with a theme, a sentiment and a platform.

  3. 03/04

    It counts rather than estimates

Mentions over the period, the delta against the one before, the split by platform and location. The number in the answer is the result of a query against your data, not a figure a language model produced.

  4. 04/04

It writes the answer and attaches the evidence

The model writes the sentence; the facts underneath come from the step before. Every claim carries the feedback it rests on.

Why the answer can be trusted

Numbers are not invented
Figures come from a query against your data. The model is responsible for the sentence, not the arithmetic.
Every claim has feedback under it
Quote, platform, date, rating. With nothing to attach, the agent says the data is thin instead of producing something plausible.
It shows what it does not know
If a source is not connected or the window is empty, the answer says so. Nothing is quietly extrapolated.
Your data stays yours
Feedback is never used to train models shared with anyone else. Stored and processed on servers in Russia.

What it does not do

It does not forecast
It answers on what customers have already said. Do not expect a revenue projection from it.
It knows nothing outside your sources
No Wildberries connected means nothing about Wildberries — and it will say so.
It does not replace talking to a customer
It shows what is being said and how often. Why sometimes still needs asking.
It is not instant on everything
Three years of history across forty sources takes longer than a question about last week.

What peopleactually ask it

Phrase it the way you would to a colleague. These are real questions, not examples of correct syntax.

Ask it aboutyour own customers

Thirty minutes on your own feedback. You ask the questions; we only connect the sources.
